adwhere™ Evaluation Kit available in China and US

As we continue to expand our business at a rapid pace we are pleased to announce the launch of our completely updated mobile advertising platform, adwhere. This high-tech advert delivery SDK for third party applications easily integrates with Ad agencies’ advert database enabling clever customer targeting using location relevant incentives. The platform with its brand new dashboard offers the retailer a head start over their competition by converting adverts to transaction and an opportunity to engage with potential customers – a demonstration of adwhere is currently available in Shanghai and San Francisco.

 

New home for sensewhere HQ in the heart of Edinburgh

Next month you’ll find us at our new location when we move our Head Quarters and Technology Centre of Excellence to a newly refurbished bigger, sleeker office space in the heart of the city and with a view to the Edinburgh Castle.

In addition to our Shenzhen, Beijing and California offices, this July we will relocate to the centre of Scotland’s capital at the prestigious 108 Princes Street. The move will help accommodate an increase in staff numbers as the company continues to grow.

Events


Since our last quarterly update we have been busy travelling for a variety of tech industry events to meet experts and influencers and sharpen the saw. Here is a selection of the key ones we were present at.

Advertising Week

This four day long show of inspiring thought leadership in London was attended by Bill back in April. Bill listened in and took part in discussions with the world’s best and brightest who galvanize targeted communities.

LBMA

On May 4th Anna attended this event as part of sensewhere’s membership with the Location Based Mobile Association in London. An evening of networking, discussion and shared best practices learning how publishers can build real-time audiences that connect the online & offline behaviour of their readers.

Mobile Apps Unlocked

On May 4th Rob took part in this this two-day mobile summit in Las Vegas that brings together a powerhouse group of professionals who not only have deep experience in mobile growth and retention but share compelling, actionable content both on and off the stage. More than 600 leaders from top mobile brands attended with mobile marketers flying in from across the globe.

SDX Interactive Day

On May 6th Rob flew straight to West Coast’s Premier Digital Marketing Conference in San Diego where over 35 speakers chatted digital marketing in the packed rooms. Did you know that in 2019, 75% of online advertising will be on mobile?

MMA

On the 10 and 11th of May Blake attended the MMA Mobile Marketing Leadership Forum in New York. The aim of this two-day event was to help marketers understand how to invest their dollars to formulate effective mobile strategies. 400+ marketers representing $66B in media spend under one roof – as always, fascinating mobile conversation and some great new acquaintances.

Shoptalk 2016

May 15-18th in Las Vegas saw Blake at this “all things commerce” show, where major brands, retailers, mall operators, and technology firms came together. A major theme was the use of mobile technology to improve online engagement and ultimately drive retail visits.

Geo IoT World

This recent event was attended by Bill on May 25th and 26th in Brussels. It was the premiere location-aware IoT event and highlights included over 60 speakers and 170 participants in attendance. Talking IoT and testing indoor location technology from around the world.
